Buyer Survey

The purpose of this survey is to learn more about your business and your needs as a customer. Once submitted, we will review your form to confirm eligibility to work with the Hub. Please note we are not able to sell to private residences at this time. This service is meant for restaurants, stores, institutions, and other wholesale buyers.

Buyer On-boarding Process:

  2. We review your survey

  3. Once approved to work with the Hub we will send you our '“Buyer Agreement and Manual” to be read and signed

  4. We will send you your login information for Local Food Marketplace
